We accomplish this goal through the recruitABILITY disABILITY job matching system. disABLEDperson Inc. through its web portal www.disABLEDperson.com is a branded name in the disabled community in the U.S. recruitABILITY, which is the state of the art, online recruitment application of www.disABLEDperson.com is a nationally based recruitment application reaching every state and city in the U.S. and its territories. It can hold 5 million resumes and 2 million jobs at any given time.
recruitABILITY is the only nationally based online recruitment application that specifically targets the disabled community and is a free public service. There is no charge for employers to post jobs or perform resume searches. Also, there is no charge to the disabled individuals to post their resumes.
disABLEDperson Inc. is recognized from the U.S. federal government as well as state governments throughout the U.S. We are a National Employment Network for the Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work Program. Every letter pertaining to the Ticket to Work Program sent out by SSA to its near 10 million beneficiaries has us listed as an employment resource.

We also have formed a partnership with SSA for a pilot program in Phoenix AZ in their Ticket to Hire Program. To date, we also have the support of the California Department of Vocational Rehabilitation and the California Department of Workforce Development. We have a signed agreement with the California DVR.
Of Great accomplishment is that in the final report of the Presidential Task Force on Employment of Adults with Disabilities, presented to the President of the United States, July 26th 2002 on page 41, our recruitABILITY application was mentioned in partnership with the California business Leaders Network under the heading “Promising Practice, Using Information Technology to Enhance Employment.” We have been growing since.
